Help with Networking

home networking?

I have a home networking system that i share with my sister. All my files and documents are available to her on her computer. She looks at all my pictures and files and so on. Is there any way to restrict what is passed through the network? I dont want my files to be on her computer so she can browse through them and read and look. How can i restrict the home networking and what goes through? im using windows me right now sorry
